For your convenience, we accept Paypal and all major credit cards (MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, and American Express). Credit cards are not processed until
items are ready to ship.
Order Process
All FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground orders are processed in the order that
they are received. Time Saver and 2nd Day Orders will be shipped out the next
business day.
Items Out Of Stock
When an item on the order is out of stock, the items goes into backorder status.
If the items will become an in stock item within a few days after your order
was placed, the order will be processed as normal. If there is a delay in
getting the out of stock item, the customer will then be notified via e-mail of
estimated time to get the item in stock. Customers will not be charged for out
of stock merchandise until the items are in stock and ready to ship.
Cancellation and Refused Shipments
Because we want to give you the best service and ship your item as soon as
possible, sometimes orders are shipped the same day. Please contact us at
1-866-532-4820 or e-mail us at custsvc@wroughtirondecorstore.com as soon as
possible to cancel an order, and we will do so if your order has not shipped. If
an order has shipped our return policy will go into affect.
If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged a $25.00 restocking and
processing fee and all shipping fees.
Return Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Wrought Iron Decor
Store, but if for some reason you are not, our return policy is as follows:
Please contact us Mon-Fri. 9am-5:30 pm (CST) at 1-866-532-4820 or e-mail us at
custsvc@wroughtirondecorstore.com within 7 days from FedEx delivery date to
receive an RMA number.
All returns must be issued an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). No
Exceptions. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. Orders
returned without the RMA number will be refused.
All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured by FedEx, USPS, or UPS within 30
days of FedEx delivery date. The returned merchandise must be returned in its
original or comparable packing as when it was received. After we receive the
returned order and it is inspected, we will then reimburse the credit card for
the full purchase price, minus any shipping charges. If by any chance a product
arrives broken or damaged, please contact us. We will send a replacement and do
everything we can to make you, our customer, completely satisfied with your
purchasing experience at the Wrought Iron Decor Store.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship to the USA.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are a great way for our customer to get a fantastic deal on a
great piece. However, because they are something we are closing out, all sales
are final.
FAQ
Do we have a catalog?
We are always on the hunt to bring new exciting items into our store. But
with those exciting additions we must close out other items to make room for the
new. For that reason, we do not offer a catalog. We feel like our customer will
benefit from our low cost of not having to add in marketing cost and always have
the most update selection of items from our website.
Can Items be hung outside?
Most all of our wrought iron pieces have up to 7 coats of powder coating on
them, so yes, they can be used outdoors. If the item is going to be in extreme
weather, we would recommend an extra sealant sprayed on, just like you would put
on patio furniture, to protect against rust.
Can the wrought iron be painted?
Yes, the wrought iron can be painted. Most all of our pieces come in a dark
brown finish, which for the most part goes compliments many decorating color
schemes. However, if you need a specific color for your iron, local hardware
stores offer a large selection of made for metal spray paint.
Is it safe to Order Online?
You can order with confidence at the Wrought Iron Décor Store. We offer Trust
Guard Security of your information. We do not share your information with anyone.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum purchase of $200.00 to be
shipped by FedEx ground only in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii
is excluded from this free ground shipping promotion.
Tracking your order
When your order has been packed and the shipping label has been printed, an
e-mail with your FedEx tracking number will be sent to you. With that number,
you can easily track your shipment through FedEx web site to know exactly when
your order will be arriving.
Shipping Times
Most orders ship out within 3-4 business days. Once shipped, the delivery time
is 3-5 business days using FedEx Home Delivery.
Orders upgraded to FedEx Time Saver (3 days) or FedEx 2 Day will be shipped the
following day after the order is placed.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost for our items is calculated through FedEx and depends on where the
shipment is going, box size, and weight.
To calculate shipping before purchasing items simply:

• Enter your zip code on the checkout screen
• Hit the update button next to the total
Damage Claim
We try to pack all of our items as securely as possible to get them to your safe
and sound. But in this day and age of fast travel and shippers trying to get
packages where they need to go as fast as possible, damage does sometimes
happen. If an item is damaged in shipping due to FedEx the customer must contact
FedEx Claims department at 1-800-GO-FEDEX within 48 hours of delivery. Please
also contact us at 1-866-532-4820 or custsvc@wroughtirondecorstore.com and
we will help do everything we can after the claim has been filed to ship out a
replacement to you.
